Man vs.Wild in Alabama

Bear Grylls demonstrates what it was like to be alone in a little jungle located in Alabama were there is alots of rivers, and its not a good place to be if you dont have the proper cloth because of the cold water tempreture.

Bear Grylls first gives us many facts that we can use while travelling in places dangerious like Albama, Bear Grylls also gives us 3 hints that could help us when were stuck in such difficult situation.

First hint- When jumping a water fall thats really high, through a rock to check if theres anything under that falling water so when jumping down you wont hit any rock or any object. then try to get as low as you can so when jumping you wont hit the ground as hard, and then jump flat landing on your back and that causes less power to go uder the water.

Fact- A human body tempreture is normally 98.6 degrees if you fall 2 degrees bellow that you find your self in serious trouble.

Second hint- Finding food in such place is hard but grasshopper are easily found and they are an exelent source of energy boost.

Fact- To get a decent meall you need to eat about 30 grasshoppers.

Third hint- look for food under rock so you might find insects or look in trees or wood for different kind of wood.
